_ 0? two occasions Mr T. M. Wilford M.P. for Hutt, has interested large audiences in Nelson by lectures on the war. He will give another in the Theatre Royal to-night in aid of the Trench Comforts Fund. The evidence of momentous happenings in France is quickening public attention, and this part alone of Mr WilfordV address to-nighfc should ensure a full house. In his lectures, in \^arious parts of New Zealand our visitor has made it clear that he is a close student of the various campaigns, and he lias had the advantage ot travel in some of the theatres of the connict.
