A Roll of Members of the Society is prepared and may be inspected at the office of the Secretary, Hardy street, Nelson. Every person whose name is on the roll is entitled to vote, also every other person who has subscribed £l aad upwards to the Fund. Members may vote in any of the following ways, viz :—Personally at the meeting;, by proxy ; by notifying his or her consent or objection; by voting paper; or by letter, which must reach the hands of the Secretary at least three days prior to the meeting.
