NELSON SICK AND WOUNDED SOLDIERS AND THEIR DEPEND-; ENTS' FUND SOCIETY (Ineor-; porated). •' ■ > NOTTCE is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the members of .'the above Society will be held at the i Municipal, Chambers, Nelson, on MON- ; DAY, February 19th, 1917, at B,p.m. To consider the following matter, viz. ; Whether object 2a of the Society, which now reads as follows :— (a) The relief and benefit of sick, wounded or incapacitated soldiers and then." dependents and the dependent of any soldier who may have been killed or have died f>oin wounds or sickness. Shall remain unaltered, or whether it shall be amended to read as follows :— "The relief, assistance-and benefit of soldiers and their dependents and the dependent of any soldier who may have been killed or who may have died." A Roll of Members of the Society is prepared and may be inspected at the office of the Secretary, Hardy street, Nelson. Every person whose name is on the roll is entitled to vote, also every other person who has subscribed £l aad upwards to the Fund. Members may vote in any of the following ways, viz :—Personally at the meeting;, by proxy ; by notifying his or her consent or objection; by voting paper; or by letter, which must reach the hands of the Secretary at least three days prior to the meeting.
