Amsterdam, Dec. li). .. Since Mackensen's successes in Roiimauia, German newspapers aie growing more averse to any ultimate relinquishment of territory. Herr Spahn, Leader of the Centre, in a speech in the Reichstag, said the Germans want guarantees of peace, including extension of territory. The "Leipziger Zeitung" says it is essential to Germany's existence that neither Belgium nor Serbia be reconstituted.
