A French, communique states that the Teutons and Bulgars desperately resisted Allied attacks north of Monastir, the fighting being heaviest, north of Hill 1050, where a height was attacked by the Russians and exchanged hands frequently. The French made progress for 800 yards near the village of Vlakelar.
