...- London, August 14. Mr Wa&hburn, "The. Times'" correspondent, states that on the 11th the Kaiser and yon Hindenburg visited Kovel and held conferences with the officers there.
Yon Hindenburg ordered them to hold out to the last man and the last ditch.. Important defence works have heen completed.
Twenty-three divisions have been diverted against General Brusiloff.
