VENTION

The enthusiasm over the Russian victories is .causing the Interventionist

campaign .to ■ assume colossal proportions. A number of Roumanians have gone to Bulgaria to communicate the Russian bulletins to the people, as the Bulgarian Government prohibits even Austro-Gorman communique's which mention retreats.

A hundred thousand people paraded the streets of Bucharest in favour of intervention. There were similar demonstrations in other towns.
