SPECIAL ORDER. j pUBLIO NOTICE" is hereby givenl -*■ that at a Special Meeting of the Waimea County Council, held at the Office of the Waime&i Comity Council in the City of Nelson on the" 6th day of July, 1916, it was resolved to. raise by way of Special Order a Special Loan as follows:— - (a) The purpose for which the Loan is required is for metalling the Moutero Inlet road between the north- ( ovn boundary of Section 20, Block viii., Motueka S.D., and Lot 67, Tiasman.'' (b) The sura proposed to be borrowed fur such purpose is £-500. (c). The proposed security for the loan is an annually recurring special rate of 5/16 th of one penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property within the Special bating Area No. 6, Moutere Inlet, . for a term of 30 years, payable on the Ist day of October in each year during the currency of the loan.
