At the Wellington Poultry, Pigeon and Canary Show, hte Utility Olub's cup for Orpingtons was won by A. Stumps.

The cup for the best Minorca went to ,J. Wilson.

For the best Leghorn, the Club's cup was won by G. Webster.

For best Plymouth Rock the cup wont to W. Davey.

The cup for the best Rhode Island Red was. also won by W. Davey. The Sims Cup for the best Wyandotfce was won by G. Webster. The New Zealand Wyandotte Shield for most points in Wyandottes was won by Doid and Thoiras.

At the Wellington Poultry Show, Messrs Vitetta Bros., of Nelson, gained five first prizes, six seconds and two thirds for Yorkshire canaries, and also won the rose bowl for that class straight out, In mules they secured a first for dark and a third for light. Mr A. Huggins won a first prize for variegated buff.
