SUCCESSION OF DISASTERS

New York, Jan: 30.

San Diego reports that the loss of life through the bursting of the dam in the Tay Valley lias been doubled by a cloud burst, and floods in the San Luis Rey and San Paqual Valleys. Communication has been altogether cut off, and many injuries are reported from the Tijuana Hot Springs, where tho hotel collapsed. Many bodies were carried out to sea.
