Essad Payha, interviewed by the "Petit Parisien," says that Albania is ; facing many dangers, but however terrible the situation, his decision is to be irrevocably with the Allies till death. tTJbe Matin" says the Italians in Albania have definitely junctioned with Essad Pasha, and are fortifying at Valona and elsewhere in order to bar the enemy's advance.
