London, Jan. 5.

In the House of Commons the Independent Labourites and a handful of. anti-oonscriptionist Liberals below tho gangway led a demonstration againstMr. Lloyd George. They gloated over his hostile reception on the Clyde.

The Munitions Bill was read a thirdl time.

Mr. Lloyd George argued that the restriction of the mobility of lafboui" was absolutely essential for victory, and the task of turning out munitions was more -serious, than he dared tell. He repudiated the statement that the Government treated the*'workers' opinion as negligible.
