Campbell, Resident Engineer at Napier for the Public Worfes Department, has joined the Tunnelling Coxps, in which he has been granted a commission (as captain ; Dr. Norman Hales, who practised as a dental surgeon in Wellington, and is well known as a popular amateur actor, left for America by tho Malnira.
