OFFICIAL WAR MESSAGES.

The Prime Minister has received the following by cable from the High Commissioner :— London, Sept.-13. ' By arrangement, between the ' War Office and the .Ministry of Munitions it has -been decided to send a series of parties- to the front representing workmen emplojed in'making the various munitions. Eight parties have been arranged for, one of the Labour members of the Parliamentary Munitions Committee being attached to each. The •visits will cover four days. Their object is to show workmen the imperative necessity of increasing and acceleratang themamifnctiMc of wur-munitions.
