Cases arising out of the raid at the "Labour Leader" office have opened at the Mansion House against Francis Johnson, secretary of the. Independent Labour Party, and others. The Crown seeks an order for the destruction of the seized pamphlets. The. cases were heard in camera, and were adjourned.
