The Opposition groups have issued a , collective note condemning the Cabinet •for not convoking Parliament in order to assure the co-operation of all parties iv the national interests. The semi-official journal "Naa-odna Prava" explains that it was unnecessary to summon Parliament. Tho Government will not abandon neutrality smtil the rights violated by the Bueharost Treaty havo been restored.
