AUSTRIAN TROOP MOVEMENTS.

Zurich, Aug. 20.
Between 100 000 and 200,000 reinforcements have latterly proceeded from the West front .to Russia, and the movement continues. The German losses aro estimated at 80,000 a week.
The Austrians are withdrawing large forces from Galicia across Hungary to the southward, substituting Bohemian Land w eh r.
