A GERMAN STATEMENT.

Lcndcn, July 7.

A German official (.statement says:— "We are threatening; Lublin, Ivangorod and Warsaw. We frustrated Russian eiforis to break through the Austrian front between the Pruth and the Dniester. The Russians are using naval guns from Kronstadt and other fortresses. Several have been captured. We are progressing west of tho Upper Vistula. During the pursuit towards Zlialipa on Saturday and Monday we took prisoner 3850 Russians."
