London, June 9

"Le Petit Parisien's" correspondent, who has\ visited' Austria, states that the people are dying of starvation, and the hospitals are crowded.

The military value of the troops is diminishing in quality consequent on the enlistment of children and sexagenarians.

It is greatly feared that Roumania will join the Allies.
