ADDRESS TO TROOPS IN GALICIA

The Kaiser has returned to Berlin. Addressing the troops iv Galieia, he admitted that the losses at Przemysl had been very heavy, but that was unavoidable, as the Germans must either conquer or die.

Tho-Kaiser is shortly going to the Italian frontier. It is understood that he will deliver speeches stigmatising the conduct of Itnly, which will be a real declaration of war.
