North of Arras and on the Souchez road the Allies have made further progress. It is reported that the Allies have pierced the German line in several places north-east of Ypres. The supply of munitions to the British Army was investigated by a correspondent of the " M.orning Post" in North Prance, and as a result of his inquiries he declares that the shortage* has been greatly exaggerated. Another Zeppelin raid at Ramsgate and neighbouring places is reported. Tin* battle of the San is developing in the Russians' favour. In the Shavli region and between Stryi and Djlina tha enemy are retreating. atisfactory news conies from the Galiipoli Peninsula, and from the Italian theatre.
