BELGIAN RELIEF.

Sydney, May 8. The Premiers' Conference resolved to ask the Commonwealth to take over the minting of gold coin, and that each State take steps to establish uniformity in land valuation. It was urged that the States should support ihe collection of £7o,sX) monthly for the Belgian Fund. The Conference discussed in camera with Mr. Fisher proposals for assisting in the formation of Australian contingents.
