A German official statement claims g further success on the lower Dunujew;, find says the enemy continues to Hastily retreat. A small Russian force ft ill resists on the Vistula. The Russians aro retreating from the Carpathians west of Lupkow Pass. The Aust.-o-fterman armies crossed the Aisloka near Pilzno and Fastlo. A strong Austrian force in the Tuckla and Rythauo districts bars the Russian line of rttreat. The Russians made a desperate attack in the eastern sector of Die Carpathians, but were repulsed with heavy losses.
