TW'OTICE is hereby given that at a Meeting of the Richmond Borough Council* held on the 13th day of March, 1915, it was resolved that, in pursuance of Section 83 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and Sections 48 to 56 of "The Rating Act, 1908," the following WATER RATES in respect of the ordinary supply be made and levied for the period commencing on the First Day of April, 1915, and ending on the 31st March, 1916, payablel in two equal instalments on the 28th day of .May, 1915, and on the Ist day of October, 1915:— 1. Upon all lands and buildings to which water is supplied, the rateable value of which on the Valuation Roll . does 'net exceed £12 10s, a rate , of 10s per annum; exceeds £12 10b, a rate of 4 per cent, on such value. 2. Upon all lands and buildings to which water can be, but is not supplied, situate within 100 yards of any part of the waterworks, one-half the rates mentioned above. 3. Upon all buildings used as stores or warehouses, or for any purpose other than dwelling house, one-ha]f the rates mentioned above.
