April b, 1.10 a.m.) Sydney, April 4. The death is ■umounced of Sir Franciß jSuttor, from heart failure. He at]tended the opening of the Royal Showon 'Wednesday, and afterwards collapsed, though his condition was not thought to be critical.
Sir Francis Bathurst Suttor was formerly President of the Neiv South Wales Legislative Council. Born m Australia in 1839, ho did much as & public man and a pastoralist to advance the interests of New South Wales. He represented Bathurst for nearly twenty years, and served in several Ministries. He was president of the Royal Agricultural Society of New South .Wales,
