London, March 20, 3.40 p.m. ; The 'Admiralty announces that there is'every reason to believe that thu German cruiser Karlsruhe was sunken tfayaeighfourhood of the W«st Indies at the beginning of November, and that those of the crew who were rescued reached Germany early in December in the Rio Grande, a steamship which had been acting in concert with the Karlsruhe.
