Sydney, March 20

Three afternoon shift collieries have not resumed operations, the men refusing to work alongside men who were employed during the strike. The whole trouble threatens to be re-open-ed.

3u regard to the application for cancellation of the registration of the Australian Workers' Union, Judge Murray has decided not to cancel the registrar tioa, but to make an order which means that it will be cancelled if certain alterations to the rules are nob carried out. Times are fixed to the end of May to bring the matter up.

A new Musicians' Union has ,been

formed.
