VISITATIONS IN AMERICAN SAMOA. San Francisco, Feb. 13. The hurricane, tidal wave, and earthquake in American Samoa wiped out whole villages. Shipping was destroyed, and the roofs of houses were carried ten miles. The soil was torn from coral rocks, and coffins were- left exposed. The loss of life was small.
