A number of Salvation Army cadets who have completed their training at the.William Booth Memorial College were given their commissions this evening by Commissioner Hodder at an impressive service in the Army Citadel. The following are the appointments made:—Captain and Mrs. Fraser, to Milton; Captain and Mrs. Hawkes, to Riverton; Captain and Mrs. Whitley, to Wyndham; Lieutenant Ruby Brown, to Rescue Home, Auckland; Lieutenant Nora Christopher son, to Receiving Home, Gisborne; Lieutenant Edith Armstrong, to Denniston; Lieutenant Ethel Beckingham, to Oxford j Lieuten-. ant Emily F. Campbell, to Taihape; Lieutenant Win. H. Carroll, to Reefton; Lieutenant Frank Comes, to Waipawa; Lieutenant Mabel Dodds, to Auckland R.S.H.; Lieutenant Leslie Forbes, to Cambridge; Lieutenant Wallace Foster, to Lawrence; Lieutenant Herbert R. Hansen, to Leeston; Lieutenant Bessie E. Harford, to Onehunga; Lieutenant Edith Mac Kinder, to Ashhurst; Lieutenant Rose Marshall to Wellington R.S.H.; Lieutenant Lucy Mason, to Auckland People's Palace; Lieutenant Elizabeth Middleton, to Brunnerton; Lieutenant Emily I. Parkinson, to Raetihi; Lieutenant Robert J. Pullin, to Palraerston South; Lieutenant Arthur M. Scrivener, to Bluff; Lieutenant Charles C.
