WORLD'S WHEAT SUPPLY.

GOOD CROPS IN ARGENTINA

AND INDIA

(Received Jan. 11, 11.30 p.m.)

London, Jan. 11

"The Times" says that the very good Argentine wheat crop will suffice to check exaggeration of prices this year. In India there is some expectation of a record yield. The release of tonnage owing to there being no Australian shipments will tend to relieve the heavy Argentine freights.

The authorities at Delhi report that they expect a large exportable surplus of wheat if the weather conditions aie favourable.
