ENGLAND.
London, Nov. 22,
Sir John Simon, Attorney-General, speaking at a recruiting meeting at Ashton-under-Lyne, said the war would not end until the Allies 'had righted the Belgians' wrongs and crushed the hateful spirit of Prussian militarism, which was a menace- to Europe worse than war, not only to smaller nations but to the Germans, themselves. ■'■:■
