Thes, House of Representatives agreed to the Simmons-Norris amendment, of the Panama Canal Act Repeal Bill, reserving the United States 1 rights under the Hay-Pauncefote Treaty.

Only the President's signature is now necessary to complete the Bill.

The House, without the formality of a joint session, accepted the amendment,, reserving the United States' rights under the Hay-Pauncefote Treaty or otherwise. President Wilson will probably sign the Bill on Monday.
