WELL-KNOWN STARTER'S DEATH

Melbourne, June 13
Mr. Inglis, starter for the Victoria Racing Club, was found in a dying condition on the roadside, and later succumbed. After attending the Ballarat races he left Ballan to drive home alone. The buggy was overturned, and he lay in perishing cold throughout the night.
