Annaml is willing to pay up provided he is gi>on credit for £140, which he. paid to Shaw for Coulter's benefit. Coulter refuses to give a receipt in i-ull. Shaw wa« called, and admitted receiving tho £140 and not accounting for it. Dcv cision was reserved.
Another building case, extremely complicated, and with numerous parties involved, was settled out of Court.
