The Dominion, Meteorologist's summary and forecast, as from 5 p.m. today, are as follows :— The has be*n changeable, -with scattered showers. The barometer has risen, especially in the south; moderate to strong south-westerly winds have predominated. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, with a rising barometer, but a further fall is due in the south after about 24 hours; cold and changeable weather probable generally, with squally and showery conditions in many parts.
