The Dominion Meteorologist's summary and forecast, as from 5 p.m. today, are as follows: — , the barometer lias fallen, and northerly and westerly winds have increased strong to gale; unsettled weather has prevailed, and much rain has fallen throughout the country; heavy seas have been experienced on the West. Coast to-day. The present indications arc for strong westerly winds, -changingl to south-westerly, with a rising barometer soon. Expect cold, changeable, and squally weather, with heavy .showers in many parts, and ;,uow on. the higher lewis'in the south.. i
