THE NEW SOUTH WALES-LAW
Sydney, June 4
The State Cabinet discussed the whole question of the Crimes Act, and particularly in fegard to capital punishment. It is understood that the Government -nill submit a proposal enacting legislation to distinguish between the first and second degrees of murder.
