NELSON RUGBY UNION.

The weekly meeting of .the management committee, of the Nelson Rugby Football Union was held on Tuesday evening at Stallard's rooms, Mr R. W. Stiles, president, presiding" over a full attendance of members. A letter was received from the Marlborough Union ro Seddon shield matches, and requesting that a senior representative team visit them this season. After discussion it was resolved to'hold the matter over xmtil the next meeting. The Hope Pirate-Rover fixture, setdown to be played at Wakefield on Saturday was cancelled. Fixtures for to-morrow • are as follows :— Senior: —: College v. Rival, Park, 1, 3 p.m. Junior:— College v. Rival, Park 1, 2 p.m. Third Class:— Rival v. Collego A, College, 2 p.m. Stoke'lndustrial v .College B, Stoke, 3 p.m. Waimea v. Rover, Richmond, 3 p.m. The Third Class, match Nelson v. Old Boys is cancelled.
