Anty was rudely disturbed from hh slumber the other night; his wife's elbow plugged his ribs awi'ully. "Gifc up, Anty," she cried hysterically; "there's a burglar i' the hoose. 5' Hastily ho descended the stairs, and found a man rummaging in the cupboard. Anty called out: "Whaat's thoo luckin' for:" "I'm searching for money," retorted Sykos coolly. "Oh, aall reet, hinney," said Anty; "Aa'll gan back te bed. Thoo might giv us a shout if thoo finds ony!"
