The entries for the Melbourne Cup include Anna Carlovna, Moonbria, Cherubini. The Caulfield Cup entries include Anan Carlovna, Moonbria; and Ventura. The National Steeplechase entries include Paymaster and jWakarewarewa; those for the Australian Hurdies Con the Shaughraun; and for the Steeplechase, Wakarewarewa. Brisbane, June 3. The Cup resulted: Cagou 1, Frasca 2, Moonbria 3. Won by four lengths. Time, 3.28.
