GIVING UP THE FIGHT,
Vancouver, June 2. ■ Upon receiving intelligence from India that Lord Hardinge was unable to secure the entrance of Hindus to Canada, the Komagata Mam's contingent decided to abandon the fight, and return to India.
Counsel who were attempting to secure their admission announce that they have given up their briefs.
