Hamilton, June 1. The «ighth annual Waikato show (extending five, days) was opened this afternoon undor most favourable conditions. There was a very large attendance. The association claims for the .show a record in the Dominion so far as space and entries aro concerned. The space has iuereased to 75,,000 square feet, while the entries totalled 7000, of which 4.000 are in the competitions. The butter exhibit alone contains 246 entries.
