AN APPEAL UPHELD

At the Racing Conference the judges upheld the appeal of A. McAuley, trainer, of Oxenhope, against the decision of the Dunedin district committee, endorsing his disqualification by the Dunedin Club for pulling Oxenhope. The appeal of E. Amyes, owner of the horse, has been adjourned for further evidence. " .•••■■■
