MEMORIAL AT ST. PAUL'S

Space has been allotted in St Paul's for a memorial tablet to the late Captain Scott. A group of statuary, costing £7600, will also be placed either in ono of the big parks or in Greenwich Hospital grounds.'
Designs are being invited from the leading sculptors.
