RELEASE ORDERED

Mr. Lewis Hnrconrt, Colonial Secretary, has ordered the release of Mi;. Alan Ostler, who was arrested for travelling in Somaliland without a permit. Mr. Ostler is a correspondent of tlio "Daily Express," and crossed Somaliland in defiance of official warning, ostensibly to investigate the Mad Mullah's activities. He was fined £183, in default two months' imprisonment, and .declared that he would rot pay the fine. . •
