The Dominion .Meteorologist's summary and forecast, as from 5 p^ni. tori ar. are as follows— The barometer has risen slightly in tho north, and fallen slowly in the south. Strong westerly winds., with cloudy and unsettled weather, have prevailed. Present indications are for high westerly winds, with squally conditions, cloudy and unsettled weather, with heavy rom probable generally Tho Jjarometer is likely to rise everywhere .^OOR.
