(Received Oct. 31, 0.15 a.m.) London, Oct. 30. The "Daily Mail" states that it is believed the United States intends to temporarily occupy Mexican territory in order to force an impartial election. Dr. Page, United States Ambassador, assirred Sir Edward. Grey that his Government was absolutely determined not to recognise Huerta.
The European Powers will probably leave the United States to restore
order
