LABOUR PROBLEM SOLVED IN
BRAZIL

"The Times," in its South American Supplement article, lays stress on the success of Japanese immigration in South America, particularly in Brazil, where the Japanese have helped to solve the labour problem. In view of the difficulties of securing the admission of Japanese to the British selfgoverning Dominions, it is suggested ■that the Government of British Guiana should endeavour to attraei Japanese immigrants.
