Gould announces the '.follow-ing-sales:—To-day, at 10.30 a.m., miscellaneous goods; at noon, land and dwelling in tho estate of the late John Pratt; on Wednesday next, furniture and effects on account of Mr. T. Roundy, Halifax street. Messrs Bisley Bros, and Co. will hold a clearing .sale at Upper Moutere on account of Mr. F. Schwase, on Monday Messrs. Taskor and Levien will hold a stock sale at Murchison on Friday next.
