Tho barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds generally. The barometer is due to fall everywhere for a westerly storm area likely to pass in the south at the end of tho week; mist and cloudiness overspreading the country for a change in. tho weather, but a continuance of unsettled condition^ probably in tho north.
