The half-yearly summoned meeting of the BmTof Promise Tent, 1.0. R., was hold on Tuesday evening, Bro. G. W. Johnston. Chief Ruler, presiding. Tho balance sheet showed £3386 to tho credit of tho sick fund, and £34 to the> management fund. Owing to the heavy sick pay for tho quarter, £70, tho sick fund only showed an increase of £29. Dr. Ban- was re-elected Tent Surgeon. Tho following officers were duly installed by Bro. S. F. Shonvootl, P.D.C.R. : C.R., Bro G, W. Johnston (re-elected) r D.R., Bro. A. Richards; Lovito, Bro. R. Crisp (re-eketed); P.Sec, Bro. E. E. Boyes (re-elected); treasurer, Bro. J. M/Calder (re-elected); Cash Steward, Bro. F. Brewer; Book Steward, Bro'. S. Hollingßworth: Guardian, Bro. C. Cotton. Bros. Hollingsworth and Richards undertook to relieve tho secretary of. Uie supyrintoiulencv of th<y Juvenile Tent. An offer was made by members of tlio Tent to present a, gold medal to the juvenile- introducing tho most members into the Tent before• 1914.
